The Hilton Garden Inn NW/Arboretum was perfect for my needs. I had appointments nearby, it was quiet, it provided a business center, the room was lovely and clean, there was wifi in the room, there were toiletries provided, and there was a nice view from my room. In short, it was great and I will be sure to return when I come back to Austin.
There was absolutely nothing wrong with the hotel or my room.

1: Location was very convenient and close to many good restaurants. 2: Bed quality is nice 3: Comfortable business chair. 4: Good lobby and complementary coffee -> Perfect slot for having business meetings with my colleagues
I listed what I did not like during my stay at Hilton Garden Inn Austin northwest. 1: Found cockroaches(two) one was on inside of room wall and another was on the bed when I was trying to sleep at 2am midnight 2: I did not like how hotel staff responded when I claimed them about this terrible experience to see cockroaches inside of room. (It was 2am midnight...I couldn't go back to sleep because of this...) 3: Breakfast was not included, I paid additional $11 for breakfast. quality of breakfast is just ok. Not many selections 4: Found trashes from previous guests who stayed same room.

I had an excellent stay in a long time. The hotel was an easy base for enjoying a good area, next to Austin for Surgery and which was open on Christmas morning and the Arboretum. The location of the property was great - not too far away from Linh-Son Buddhist Temple. The room I booked was well-appointed and immaculately clean and had a comfy bed, slept well. The service was courteous with a fast check-in. Besides, my parking was on site.
